There are no refunds on Books, CD’s, audio or video tapes. Homeopathics are refundable within 30 days of purchase providing the seal has not been broken and that you can provide proof of purchase (there is a restocking fee associated with this). If a product has been damaged, please contact our office within one week of receipt.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange. Unused or defective merchandise must be returned within 14 business days after purchase for an exchange or full refund. We will replace at no shipping charge if an incorrect or a defective item was sent. In cases like these, all returned merchandise must be in the condition it was received in with all the appropriate tags attached and in the original packaging with in 30 days.
Exchanges/Refunds will be subject to our inspection and approval. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please ship with a carrier that will provide a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get misdirected. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. If you have purchased an item from an authorized retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your order, you must bring it back to the reseller from whom the merchandise was purchased.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
All Consultations, Programs (including but not limited to TeleClinics, TeleSeminars, Certification, and Success Assurance) and digital content are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and notify us ahead of time and we will work with you to see what can be done.
